Dear Parish Family,

There are some changes happening regarding the use of our facilities. Many families and groups use our facility, we are happy that our facility is being used in so many different ways that bring our community together. The changes are small ones and are a matter of liability, protecting the parish and keeping our hall safe and clean for everyone, just as we protect and take good care of our own homes. We hope this does not discourage anyone from using the hall in the future. Our finance and parish office staff are always a phone call or email away to help you with any questions you may have during this transition.
Due to high liability issues, we will no longer be able to allow alcoholic beverages to be served at any event in our facility.
Due to the rising cost of heating/cooling, electricity, keeping the building clean and safe and the parking lots in good shape and plowed there will be a rental fee charged of $150 to use the facility.  Please make a check payable to the church where you are using the space and mail it to the parish office:    NET Catholic, 349 Ridge Road, Lansing NY  14882. Please indicate building usage in the Memo area.
Any parishioner or group using the facility for a non-parish sponsored event will need to get insurance for their event, in most cases you can get one-time event coverage from the Diocese of Rochester for a minimal cost along with signing a hold harmless agreement. Please contact Shawn Gillen-Caryl at [email protected] to discuss insurance coverage.
You will need to make arrangements with Annette to sign out a key during office hours (M-Th: 9am-3pm) at the N.E.T. Catholic Office located at All Saints Parish Hall in Lansing prior to your event, and to drop off the key during office hours as soon as possible after your event. There are no hidden keys anywhere, so you must make sure to sign a key out.
We expect that you will leave the space exactly as you found it when you came in. All spaces you use should be clean when you leave, and furniture is to be returned to the way it was arranged before your event, trash taken to the dumpster, etc. As you request your space, please make sure to account for ample time for set up and clean up to avoid conflicts with other scheduled groups/events.
If an emergency were to occur during your event please call 911 immediately, make sure people are safe, and then proceed to call Father Gagnier at (607) 288-2350.
