Hello Everyone, Just a quick note to introduce myself. My name is Shawn Gillen-Caryl and I am the Regional Finance Director for the East Deanery (Tompkins and Cayuga Counties). I have been in my position for over 4 years and come with over 30 years of management experience. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration along with Master’s degrees in Management and in Health Care Administration & Policy.
